Description
The Isotech 976 Gemini R is a medium-temperature blackbody source for calibrating infrared thermometers from 30 °C to 550 °C (a 700 °C version is also available). Its large 65 mm × 160 mm cavity has an emissivity above 0.995, stability of ±0.2 °C and ±2 °C agreement between controller and radiance temperature.
An independent indicator reads the cavity temperature, orifice plates reduce the aperture for smaller targets, and fixed-point cells can be fitted for primary-level work.
