Description
The APG FLX is a multi-point magnetic float level switch for point level detection of liquids, approved for Class I Div 1 and Div 2 (Groups C & D) hazardous locations. A single stem up to 3,900 mm long carries up to seven reed switches, each set to normally open or normally closed at the positions the application needs, with at least 76 mm between points.
Floats are 316L stainless steel for liquids of specific gravity 0.56 or 0.92, reed switches are rated 50 or 180 VA, and the switch mounts by ANSI flange, sanitary ferrule or NPT thread.
