Description
The APG IRU-6429 is an ultrasonic level sensor made for data loggers: an excitation line wakes it only when a reading is needed, keeping power use low at battery or solar sites. It measures liquids and solids from 0.3 to 9.1 m with ±0.25% accuracy and 2.5 mm resolution.
It gives a 0–2.5 V or 0–5 V output (RS-232 on the 6429S), runs on 12–28 V DC, and has a PVDF-faced transducer in a 2 in NPT IP65 housing.
