Description
FLOMEC OM meters are oval gear positive displacement flow meters for clean liquids of high or low viscosity, in sizes from ⅛ in to 4 in covering 1 L/h up to 2,500 L/min. They measure volume directly with only two moving parts, need no straight pipe runs, and typically reach ±0.5% of reading accuracy with ±0.03% repeatability (±0.2% with a linearizing rate totalizer).
Bodies are aluminium or 316L stainless steel with PPS or stainless rotors. Outputs include reed switch, Hall effect and quadrature pulses, or integral displays with 4–20 mA, HART and batch control; mechanical register versions need no power. Explosion-proof (ATEX/IECEx) and intrinsically safe options are available.
