Description
The Druck DPI 611 is a hand-held pressure calibrator that combines a built-in pneumatic pump, a precision pressure sensor, electrical measurement and loop power. It generates from 95% vacuum to 20 bar in under 30 seconds, measures pressure to 0.0185% FS (0.025% FS total uncertainty over a year) and measures and sources mA and voltage with a 24 V loop supply.
A touch-screen dashboard runs tasks such as transmitter calibration, switch tests with hysteresis, relief-valve and leak tests, and stepped or ramped mA output, and records pass/fail results. It runs 18–26 hours on AA cells, is IP54 and weighs under 2 kg.
