Description
The Mercoid 3100 is a microprocessor-based smart differential pressure transmitter with ±0.075% FS accuracy and 100:1 turndown, in an explosion-proof NEMA 4X housing approved for Class I Div 1 (FM or ATEX). Span ranges run from 0.6 in w.c. up to 300 psi (1,000 psi option), for gases, steam, liquids and vapours in contact with 316L stainless steel.
Zero and span are set with push buttons without a calibrator, or the unit is configured over HART on its 4–20 mA output. Automatic temperature compensation, fail-mode output, adjustable damping and an optional LCD suit it to flow, level and filter monitoring.
