Description
The Mercoid 3200G is a microprocessor-based smart gauge pressure transmitter with ±0.075% FS accuracy and 100:1 turndown, housed in an explosion-proof NEMA 4X enclosure approved for Class I Div 1. Ranges cover vacuum up to 250 bar (586 bar option) for gases, steam, liquids and vapours, with 316L stainless steel wetted parts.
Zero and span can be set with push buttons without a calibrator, or the unit can be configured via HART on its 4–20 mA output. Diaphragm-seal versions with flanges and special diaphragm materials extend it to corrosive, viscous or hot media.
