Description
The ScanSense wing union pressure transmitter is a rugged sensor that screws directly into a 2 in fig. 1502 or fig. 2202 hammer lug, replacing the male sub on high-pressure drilling and well-service lines. Ranges run from 0–5,000 psi up to 0–20,000 psi with ±0.2% FS accuracy, drift below 0.1% FS per year and response under 2 ms.
A sputtered thin-film strain gauge on an electron-beam-welded semi-flush diaphragm handles abrasive, corrosive media and dynamic pressure. It gives a 4–20 mA output (with optional PT1000 temperature), is IP68 and is ATEX certified Ex ia IIC T4.
Argonmark Ltd supplies ScanSense instruments across Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chattogram, Gazipur, Narayanganj and the gas fields, refineries, terminals and power plants beyond. Send us the model, range, process connection, output and any hazardous-area requirement, and we will confirm the right configuration, lead time and price.
