Description
The Mercoid MPC is a ¼ DIN pump controller that combines level control of one or two pumps with pump protection. It reads a 4–20 mA or 0–10 V level transmitter, switches the pumps through 10 A relays with alternation, and monitors seal-failure moisture sensors and pump thermostats, taking a faulty pump out of service and letting the other one lead.
It also delays the second pump on power-up, shows pump run time, retransmits the level as 4–20 mA, and powers the transmitter from a built-in 24 V supply. The front is IP66, and Modbus communication is optional.
