Description
The Bently Nevada TK-3 is a portable test kit that simulates shaft vibration and position to calibrate Bently Nevada monitors and check proximity transducer systems. A spindle micrometer with universal probe mount (5–19 mm probes) moves a 4140 steel target in calibrated steps for scale-factor and position checks.
A motor-driven wobble plate produces 50 to 254 µm peak-to-peak mechanical vibration at up to 5,000 cpm, so a vibration monitor's reading can be compared with a known input using only a multimeter. It comes in a rugged IP54 case weighing about 5 kg.
