Description
The Hedland petroleum flow meter is a rugged, direct-reading variable-area meter for hydraulic oils and other petroleum fluids, calibrated for SG 0.876. A sharp-edged piston and tapered cone give ±2% of full scale accuracy and ±1% repeatability in any mounting position, without straighteners, and the meter is insensitive to shock and vibration.
Sizes from ¼ to 3 in cover flows from 0.1 L/min up to 1,100 L/min, with aluminium, brass or stainless steel bodies rated up to 414 bar. Options include reverse-flow by-pass, high-temperature versions and test kits with a pressure gauge and load valve.
