Description
The Rosemount 148 is an economical DIN B head-mount temperature transmitter that converts an RTD, thermocouple, millivolt or ohm input into a two-wire 4–20 mA signal, giving better accuracy and noise immunity than wiring sensors directly to the control system. Typical accuracy is ±0.3 °C plus 0.15% of span for Pt100, with one-year stability of ±0.15% of reading.
It is configured from a PC, compensates for ambient temperature, isolates input from output to 500 V AC and follows NAMUR NE 43 alarm levels. It fits a wide range of IP68 heads and carries intrinsically safe, explosion-proof and ATEX/IECEx approvals.
