Description
The Blancett 1100 is a rugged stainless steel turbine flow meter for liquids, built originally for oil-field water-flood injection. Sizes from ⅜ to 10 in cover 0.6 GPM up to 5,000 GPM (about 2.3 to 18,900 L/min) with ±1% of reading accuracy, ±0.1% repeatability and 10:1 turndown, and pressure ratings up to 345 bar.
It has a 316 SS body, a duplex CD4MCU rotor and tungsten carbide shaft and bearings to resist corrosive and abrasive fluids. A magnetic pickup gives a pulse output for Blancett flow monitors. Ends include NPT, BSP, grooved and ANSI or DIN flanges, and field repair kits restore calibrated accuracy.
