Description
The Blancett QuikSert is a wafer-style turbine flow meter for liquids that clamps between existing ASME flanges, saving space and mating flanges and allowing quick one-person installation. Sizes from ⅜ to 10 in cover 0.6 GPM up to 5,000 GPM (about 2.3 to 18,900 L/min) with ±1% of reading accuracy and ±0.1% repeatability.
Its stainless steel body, duplex helical rotor and tungsten carbide bearings suit aggressive liquids, and its pressure rating follows the flange class (up to 256 bar at 1500#). A choice of magnetic pickups, including high-temperature and intrinsically safe versions, connects to Blancett flow monitors.
