Description
The Panametrics TransPort PT900 is a portable clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter that is set up and read through a tablet app, with on-screen installation guidance. It measures liquids in pipes from 15 to 600 mm at velocities from 0.03 to 12.2 m/s, with ±1% of reading accuracy on pipes of 50 mm and larger (±2% on smaller) and ±0.2% repeatability, on one or two channels.
It reports velocity, volume, mass, energy and totals, offers 4–20 mA, pulse and Modbus outputs, and its rechargeable battery runs 18–20 hours. Optional clamp-on temperature sensors and a wall-thickness gauge extend it to energy surveys.
