Description
The Waygate DM5E is a rugged portable ultrasonic thickness gauge for corrosion monitoring on pipelines, pressure vessels and storage tanks. It measures from 0.6 mm to 508 mm (depending on probe and material) with 0.01 mm resolution, and its Dual-Multi mode measures metal thickness through coatings from 2 to 127 mm without removing the paint.
Three versions build on each other: the Basic (EN 15317, min/max, B-scan, alarms), the DM5E with Dual-Multi, and the DM5E DL with a 50,000-reading data logger. It weighs 223 g, runs about 60 hours on two AA cells and is IP54.
