Description
The Endress+Hauser Proline Promag 55S is an electromagnetic flow meter built for the most demanding liquids: slurries, pulp stock, sludge and abrasive media with up to 80% solids by weight. An intensified coil system and special signal processing keep the reading stable, and abrasion-resistant liners (polyurethane, natural or hard rubber, PFA, PTFE) are available from DN 15 to DN 600.
Accuracy is ±0.2% of reading (±0.5% with brush electrodes) over a 1000:1 range. It can calculate solids content with a density input, cleans its electrodes, and outputs 0/4–20 mA HART, pulse, two switch outputs or PROFIBUS/FOUNDATION Fieldbus. It runs on 20–260 V AC or 20–64 V DC.
