Description
The Badger Meter M3000 is an electromagnetic flow meter for sizes from ¼ to 24 in, approved for Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations. It measures any conductive liquid down to 5 µS/cm, including viscous or solids-laden fluids, to ±0.2% of rate over a 300:1 range, with PFA, PTFE, hard rubber or Halar liners.
The amplifier can sit on the meter or up to 30 m away, and provides scalable 0/4–20 mA, two pulse/frequency outputs, two solid-state relays and optional Modbus RTU, with a 4-line backlit display and three totalisers. It runs on 85–240 V AC or 24 V DC in a NEMA 4X/6P enclosure and complies with NSF/ANSI 61.
