Description
The NOSHOK 400 Series are standard hard-seat needle valves rated to 10,000 psi (690 bar), in zinc-nickel plated steel or electropolished 316 stainless steel, with port sizes from ¼ to 1½ in NPT or SAE UNF. A blow-out-proof 316 SS stem provides a secondary seal when fully open, and a one-piece bonnet with metal-to-metal seal and locking pin keeps the valve tight.
Smaller sizes have a 4.75 mm orifice (Cv 0.44) and larger sizes 11.1 mm (Cv 2.70). Every valve is helium leak tested, and options include alternative packings, stem tips, O-ring materials and panel mounting.
