Description
The AquaMetrix 60 Series are differential pH and ORP sensors: a process glass electrode and a reference glass electrode in pH 7 buffer are measured against a third metal electrode, which practically eliminates ground-loop problems. The internal buffer is protected by a replaceable double-junction salt bridge, so a contaminated sensor can be restored at low cost instead of being replaced.
The family includes the P60R8 (1½ in NPT, ±0.02 pH), the 1 in P/R60R5 for flow-through or submersion, and the P/R60C-6/-7 with adjustable insertion or hot-tap mounting in a 1¼ in tee. All work from −5 to 95 °C at up to 100 psig at 65 °C, with an encapsulated preamplifier for cable runs up to 3000 ft (or a blind 4–20 mA output in the P65 versions).
