Description
The Rosemount 222 is a flow-through toroidal conductivity sensor: the liquid passes through a Teflon-lined pipe surrounded by the measuring toroids, so nothing protrudes into the stream and solids or fibres cannot build up. It is designed for highly conductive, viscous or fibrous liquids up to 2 S/cm (2,000,000 µS/cm).
It fits directly into 1 in or 2 in lines with ANSI B16.5 150 lb or 300 lb flanges, works from 5 to 182 °C, and is rated to 125 psig (150 lb) or 250 psig (300 lb). A Pt100 RTD is built in for temperature compensation.
