Description
The AquaMetrix AM-ES1 is a toroidal (electrodeless) conductivity sensor in a polypropylene body. Two encapsulated toroids induce and measure a current in the liquid, so there are no electrodes to corrode or foul, which makes it suitable for processes where contacting sensors fail.
It covers a wide range of 4 to 400,000 µS/cm with 0.1 µS/cm resolution and better than 1% accuracy after calibration. A built-in Pt1000 provides automatic temperature compensation, it is rated to 100 psig at 65 °C, and it can be mounted in a 2 in CPVC union tee or submerged in a tank.
