Motor Protection	Equipped with two temperature sensors, an F-class insulated motor can prevent overheating. (Class H motor can be customized)
Anti Moisture Protection	It has a standard anti-moisture feature to protect internal electronics from condensation.
Absolute Encoder	It has a 24-bit absolute encoder capable of accurately recording up to 1024 positions, even in power loss mode. The motor is available in both integration and intelligent types.
High Strength Worm Gear and Worm Shaft	It is built with a high-strength alloy worm shaft and gear for extended durability. The meshing between the worm shaft and gear has been closely examined to ensure maximum efficiency.
High RPM output	Its high RPM makes it ideal for use with large diameter valves.
Performance Processor	The intelligent type uses a high-performance microprocessor for efficient and reliable monitoring of valve position, torque, and operational status.
Safe Manual Override	Manula override clutch to disengage motor and enables manual operation of the actuator
Infrared Remote Control	Integration and Intelligent type come with infrated remote control for easy menu access.
Non-Intrusive set up	The integration and intelligent types can be remotely controlled, and come with an LCD display and local control buttons/knobs for easy access. Valve position can be set without the need for mechanical actuation.

1. Torque values are the actuator's maximum torque. 2. Complies with EN 15714-2:2009 Class A and B. EMT1–3 duty cycle S2-15 min; EMT4 duty cycle S2-10 min. 3. Speeds marked * have higher momentum and are not recommended for direct drive of a valve. For rising-stem valves the maximum allowable speed is 500 mm/min for gate valves and 250 mm/min for globe valves (max 45 rpm). 4. Modulating version available: start frequency below 25%, no more than 600 starts per hour. 5. A-type stem = rising stem; B-type = non-rising stem.

Description

The FLOWINN EMT is a multi-turn electric actuator for gate, globe, sluice and penstock valves, with ISO 5210 mounting and a wide choice of output speeds (18–192 rpm). This model: max torque 35–3000 N·m, on/off or modulating control, power supply AC380V, AC220V, IP68.
