Pressure transmitters: buying guide and questions

How to choose a pressure transmitter
Pressure type
Gauge (relative to atmosphere), absolute, sealed or differential (for filters, flow and level).
Range and accuracy
Choose a range so normal pressure sits in the upper half; accuracy from about 0.05% to 1% FS.
Process connection and materials
¼ or ½ in NPT/BSP, flush diaphragm for viscous or dirty media, 316L or Hastelloy wetted parts for corrosive service.
Output
4–20 mA two-wire is standard; HART, Modbus RS485 and voltage outputs are common options.
Hazardous areas
Intrinsically safe (Ex ia) with a barrier, or explosion-proof/flameproof (Ex d) housings for Zone 1/Class I Div 1.
What is the difference between a pressure transmitter and a transducer?

Both convert pressure to an electrical signal; 'transmitter' usually means an amplified 4–20 mA or digital output, 'transducer' often a mV or voltage output. The names are often used interchangeably.

What is the price of a pressure transmitter in Bangladesh?
